My water heater stopped working. Do I need to replace it, or can it be repaired?
Honestly, it depends. If it’s under 10 years old, a repair is usually worth it. If it’s older and acting up, replacement often makes more sense long-term. We always give honest estimates and only suggest what we truly believe to be the best move.
How do I know if I have a slab leak?
Watch for a few things: your water bill jumping for no reason, warm spots on the floor, the sound of running water when everything’s off, or cracks appearing in your walls or flooring. Any of those? Call us before it gets worse. Slab leaks don’t fix themselves.
What's actually causing my drains to keep clogging?
In most Wichita Falls homes, it’s one of three things — buildup deep in the line, tree root intrusion, or older pipes that have started to shift. A quick camera inspection tells us exactly what we’re dealing with so we’re not guessing.
How fast can you get out to me for an emergency?
We move fast. Burst pipes, no hot water, sewage backup, these aren’t things you should have to wait days on. Call us and we’ll get someone out as quickly as possible.
Is it worth fixing a small leak, or should I just live with it?
Please don’t live with it. A slow drip can waste thousands of gallons a year and quietly rot out cabinetry, drywall, or flooring behind the scenes. Small leaks are cheap to fix. The water damage they cause is not.
Do you work on older homes?
All the time. A lot of homes in this part of Texas are older, and we’re used to dealing with galvanized pipe, outdated fixtures, and plumbing that wasn’t exactly up to code when it was installed. We’ll work with what you’ve got and be upfront about what actually needs attention.
What should I do while I'm waiting for a plumber to arrive?
Shut off your water. Either at the fixture shutoff under the sink or toilet, or at the main shutoff if it’s a bigger issue. If there’s any risk of water near electrical, don’t go near it. Then just call us and we’ll walk you through anything else while we’re on the way.
